1. General Overview

We’re proud to supply freshly roasted coffee, quality accessories, stylish merchandise, and Sage coffee machines. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.

This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds across all product types we sell.


2. Coffee Beans & Ground Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products:

a) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll send a replacement or arrange a full refund, including shipping costs.

b) Change of Mind

  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used coffee due to food safety regulations.

  • If the coffee is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.


3. Clothing & Merchandise

This includes branded t-shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.

a) Sizing Issues / Change of Mind

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • We offer exchange or refund (customer covers return shipping).

b) Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Please report issues within 7 days.

  • We’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including return shipping).


4. Coffee Accessories

This includes grinders, cups, pour-over gear, and more.

a) Returns & Exchanges

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.

  • You may request a refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

b) Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

  • Notify us within 7 days with photos.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including postage.


5. Sage Coffee Machines

We sell Sage machines as an approved agent, and they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

a) Faulty on Arrival

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We'll liaise with Sage Appliances to arrange repair, replacement, or return.

b) Change of Mind

  • Machine must be unused, unregistered, and in sealed original packaging.

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

c) Warranty & Support

  • Sage offers direct technical support and warranty handling.

  • Visit Sage Appliances UK support or call their customer care team.

  • Keep your proof of purchase from Amici Coffee.

  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
