2. Delivery Services & Times

We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri, depending on the product and destination.

3. Shipping Costs

All Sage machines are shipped with tracking and insurance as standard.


4. Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within the timeframes stated above.

If any item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly with an estimated delivery date or alternative option.


5. Delays and Delivery Issues
